TouchDMX grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software in accordance with your purchased license tier. Your license is valid for the number of DMX universes specified in your subscription.

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
TouchDMX is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the software, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the software at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the software after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
